Island Dental Center of Summerlin is proudly independently owned. Our team members, from the front desk to the back office, are all highly qualified, with every member bringing at least a decade of experience and several who’ve been with us since the very first day. All staff are annually trained in proper OSHA and infection control measures, so you can feel confident in the safety of your care. We have three full-time hygienists, board certified and the best in their field. Making it our number one goal to provide consistent, personal, tailored care is what we do best. Dr. Michael Tomita

Dr. Tomita co-founded Island Dental to deliver personalized, innovative care in a welcoming environment. With over twenty years of experience, Dr. Tomita is dedicated to educating and empowering patients to maintain lasting oral health. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tomita enjoys spending time with his two kids and wife.

Dr. Stan Askew

Dr. Askew co-founded Island Dental with a vision of providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming, community-focused environment. With decades of experience, Dr. Askew is dedicated to building lasting relationships with patients while delivering the highest standard of care.
